Old Fashioned Clambakes was started in 1975. I have lived on Cape Cod all of my life. We enjoy people and we thrive off of the challenges that a clambake brings.
For many years we prepared clambakes using rock and wood as was the Native American custom for centuries. We are still one of the few clambake bakemasters who continue to perfect this age old cooking method. Today we have adapted our preparation to a pan method but still retain the time honored tradition of "old fashioned" clambakes.
Our clambakes are prepared by us and served by our experienced staff on your premise, without the fuss and mess, so you can sit back and enjoy your very own Cape Cod Clambake with family, friends and associates.
We do NOT substitute a clam boil for a clambake, nor do we pre cook any of our clambake ingredients. Everything is prepared on site.
